What is needed: -A PSP w/ Firmware 3.70 or higher -Personal Computer w/ a USB Port -USB cable that connects the PSP to the PC Step 1) Download a Theme Step 2) Connect the PSP to "USB Mode" Step 3) Click save .ptf file Step 4) Save it into the PSP/THEME Step 5) Safely disconnect the PSP Step 6) Go to [Theme Settings] menu Step 7) Select the installed Theme and Apply it...
